Consultation
In our office or out on site, we draw on a wealth of experience to walk with you through the process required to deliver on your vision. You will be provided with your own representative who is on-call to answer your questions or promptly respond to your queries.
Programmed Maintenance, Repairs & Shutdowns
Our Project Management team can tailor a maintenance, shutdown or project strategy to suit your business needs. This includes ongoing scheduling and time planning systems in conjunction with your normal business operations.
Project Management
We can be as involved as you want us to be. If you have a vision but do not know how to get there, our Project Manager can take over the reigns and keep you updated on the progression of the project.
Certified Welding
All of our welders are certified to the highest level (G6) and fabricate in compliance with AS 5200 standards for pressurised pipe systems. All of our work goes through a rigorous quality assurance system ensuring the best result - every time.
Mobile Workshop
Our mobile teams are well equipped to respond to issues off-site - no matter the location or time of the day. Whether it is an emergency response or a planned repair at a remote location, we are here to keep you running.
Design & Engineering
MayFab's in-house designers welcome any challenge and are capable of finding a solution to any problem. All plans are professionally drafted and engineered for your viewing and are compliant with all relevant industry standards.

20+ Years Of Fabrication excellence
MayFab provides steel fabrication, engineering, design and consultation services to customers requiring medium to large scale industrial pipework across Australia – including wineries, food processing, water/waste management, gas and oil organisations.
We work with your team to design and fabricate custom solutions stainless steel brine lines and transfer lines, steam and ammonia pipework, through to waste augers, hoppers and equipment installation.
At MayFab, there is no compromise for quality, we apply rigorous quality assurance systems to all of our work and employ an experienced team of qualified professionals, using state-of-the-art facilities.
Our after-sales support is second to none and we can respond quickly to an urgent need for our expertise. We can also assist with maintenance shutdowns and supply extra labour to assist when major breakdowns or equipment failures occur.

Our Valued owners
In 2000, Shane May completed his Steel Fabrication apprenticeship and set off with his trusty welder in hand, with a dream to provide the highest level of welding to clients who expect only the best. More than twenty years later, Shane is still delivering on that dream – with that same welder still in hand (it is placed lovingly in his office library).
Over the years, Shane and Alison have compiled a close team of highly skilled designers and fabricators to support them in what they do best – deliver high-quality pipework solutions!
